BY ENTERING & PURCHASING, YOU AGREE TO THESE TERMS

Terms of Sale – Buyers

1. All Sales Are Final – Every item is sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS with no warranties, guarantees, or returns of any kind. By purchasing, the buyer accepts full responsibility for the item’s condition and future use.

2. Item Description & Inspection – Descriptions are provided as a guide only and are not guarantees of authenticity, age, condition, or fitness for any purpose. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect items in person prior to purchase.

3. Payment – Full payment is due at the time of sale. We accept cash and other approved payment methods. Ownership does not transfer until payment is made in full.

4. Pick-Up & Removal – All purchased items must be removed by the buyer within the posted time frame. We are not responsible for packing, loading, or transportation. Any item not removed on time may be forfeited without refund.

5. Risk of Loss – Title and risk of loss transfer to the buyer immediately upon payment. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items after purchase.

6. Disputes & Liability – Buyer agrees to hold us harmless from any and all claims, damages, or injuries related to purchased items or participation in the sale. All disputes shall be settled exclusively in Thurston County, Washington, under its laws.

7. No Exceptions – These terms are non-negotiable. By purchasing, the buyer acknowledges and accepts these terms in full.
